Overall been an amazing experience so far! The manager Morgan has never failed to respond quickly with detailed information and always accommodated all of our needs! The apartments are very well designed with amazing appliances and usability at a fair price!
My favorite rental apartment! Not only is the building condition amazing, but also the property manager, Morgan, is beyond expectation! Building is brand new, very clean and quiet, and Morgan is very friendly, helpful and professional! Water, internet and garbage are all included.
One of the best places my wife and I had the pleasure of renting from. Some pros for me: Internet included in the rent. Decent speeds, good enough for me to play multiplayer games and my wife streaming on the tv at the same time with little to no issues. Excellent location. You're next to Ellensburg downtown area. Fred Myers is right down the street, along with their gas station. Cons: If I had to put something, it'd be that some of the treadmills in their gyms need some more love.
