My mother waiting 6 months for her appointment with Dr. Patricia . They gave her an address and confirmation, she took off work and missed other responsibilities because the appointment is very important, and showed up to an office that is closed. Where are you all going for your appointments and leaving reviews? When will the office open back up? We have tried calling the number on their website, leaving voicemails, etc. and never hear back. Dr Park is Amazing! She helped me lower my A1C substantially. She is very thorough and spends time listening to her patients. She is caring, thoughtful and professional. All UMD staff are also professional and respectful. In my 25 years of being diabetic I've seen a dozen endocrinologist and by far Dr Patricia Park is the best in the industry.
I can NEVER reach anyone. Leave a message w/no return call OR voice mail box is full. Really would appreciate it if someone could call me back!!
Dr. park had a good bed side manner and asked a lot of questions, listened to my concerns and went over dietary guidelines as well as lifestyle habits. she examined me and put in an order for the RX i needed for test strips. i feel much better about how i handle my health moving forward and am glad i chose Dr. Park for my fear team, her staff was professional as well.
