Patty is an amazing agent. She takes care of her clients like nobody else. Her passion and experience make deals happen and make families happier when they are buying and selling their homes. We recently worked with Patty to determine our next living situation. She took her time to learn about our needs and wants and came up with creative solutions. We had to work through many possibilities to really discover exactly what we wanted and Patty had so many great ideas. She uses her connections with loan and construction specialists to present scenarios that make great sense. We thought getting exactly what we wanted was not possible, but Patty helped us connect with the right people and capture our dream!
Patty did a phenomenal job at selling two homes for us in recent years. She creates beautiful flyers and works hard from every possible angle to find the right buyer in a minimal time frame. Legal documents were handled quickly and professionally. She always kept us informed of potential buyers and provided us with excellent advice throughout the process. A personal aside - she has a radiant personality!
Initially, I'd planned to sell my house using a "cash offer" company as I thought that would be the easiest, less stressful way to sell my home. In fact I'd recently met with, been quoted a price & given a contract to sign to sell "as is".
