I saw Dr. Mercer many years ago and at that time I moved away, and the distance was too great to continue Therapy with Dr. Mercer (sadly). Back at that time, Dr. Mercer was located in Irvine.I never had any complaints about staff, scheduling, etc...She made such a difference in my life that I have never forgotten her!
I called to schedule an appt for my son, she was recommended by EAP (employee assistance program). I was told she only takes so many EAP referrals per month because the pay is 1/2 so the earliest appt was 2 months later. I certainly don't want my son going to anyone who's priority is how much money will be made over his well being! I understand that everyone wants to make money, but don't volunteer to be referred by EAP if you're not going to schedule the clients in a timely manner because the pay is less.
Dr. Mercer has indeed been my best ever therapist so far. She is well experienced, patient and advice you based on your personality and life condition. Highly recommend for those seeking a real therapist who walks you through reality and boosting self esteem.
