My name is Iesha Smith. Many years ago my grandmother reached out to Mrs. Myers to obtain outpatient therapy for me. Mrs. Myers refused to treat me stating that I would need 24hr confinement in a psychiatric facility and even then, there was little hope that my condition would improve. The person in charge of scheduling appts lacks communication skills. I have gone to see Patricia a few times throughout the last few years because I have physically gone in to schedule the appointment. I have called multiple times to no avail...one time was literally a life or death situation and I got no response. During every appointment I had to hear Patricia pat herself on the back for the many years she's put in and the fact that she was doing more than what insurance actually pays for...disappointing to say the least. ... read more

I I've been tremendously helped return our integrate back into society again. It's not perfect but I have to put the work in. Great one on one or with a spouse, special person or any loved one/ family. Vast amounts of knowledge and expertise if you listen and put it to action. Perfect.
I'm pretty disappointed in the scheduling and handling of appointments as well as lack of communication. My first and only visit consisted of filling out surveys to assess my scores for depression and anxiety, which was to be expected in a visit. I scheduled my appointment the following week, got a call to reschedule which I did. I did not get a card with my new appointment time it was verbally over the phone with Patricia herself.
