Worst therapy center ever, the lady who works at the front desk is extremely rude and angry, I’ve never seen her in normal mood, it’s been almost a year since I’ve been there, she’s always angry and rude she doesn’t even know how to behave with kids👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

When my son turned 18months old he was only able to say 3 words and sign 7. His Pediatrician recommended he begins speech therapy and sent a referral to Patricia Martinez therapy services. Before his evaluation appointment, I read several positive reviews and I was hopeful that one day I would be writing my own. At his evalution appointment my first encounter was with LeNatte the receptionist. I was referred here from my pediatrician while looking for an evaluation for my 3 and 1 year olds after a small speech delay. I was anxious to have one done so I just went with the first recommendation they gave me. I was quickly brought in about a week before thanksgiving and made sure the online forms were done through the email portal, but none of the forms including anything about entering a credit card. The receptionist was extremely rude and condescending for someone who works at a speech therapists office in a strip mall. Being mean to people unprovoked is a good way to go out of business.

The office staff are all rude and unprofessional. I had to call/ text several times to remind them that I was requesting an evaluation for services. It took over 2 months of calling the staff who could not remember to schedule us in and would ignore my calls and texts on purpose. I had to call from a different phone number to get my calls answered and when we finally got an appointment and went in, we were told that we were not on the schedule.
