This woman goes above and beyond for her patients. She is board certified and has been practicing medicine for over 20 years. She is my PCP and I have referred her to friends and colleagues who are never disappointed. In my opinion, she is the best. Don't hesitate to contact her office to make an appointment. She cares more about her patients than any other physician I know. She has integrity and compassion and it speaks volumes to those who have come to know her. 5 stars for Dr. Martindale!!!
I have ever seen any unfriendly staff members like those people. I am dreaming about becoming a medical doctor because of what I have been going through with them. I am not quite so sure what they are thinking about themselves. I am really disappointed for the way that I have been treated. They must make a conscious effort to improve their customer service skills. They don't really care about their patients as evidenced by lecturing clients and not returning phone calls as well.
Dr. Martindale has been my primary care doctor for about 15 years. Her staff look out for me as if I were an elderly relative. I am always treated wonderfully. I like having a woman who understands the issues I face as my primary care. She always goes beyond the surface of things to make sure I am kept healthy.
