I was not going to post this but after speaking with a colleague about bad therapist and seeing she is still practicing. I was 24 when Pat was my therapist and she not only fell asleep on me but had the audacity to tell me to get an abortion!!! My son is now 14 and could not imagine my life without him but in a healthy way. I immediately stopped seeing Pat. She is very unprofessional.
There is nothing therapeutic about time spent with Pat Lovelace. She is the most unprofessional “therapist” I have ever known. She is more like a Tupperware hostess with her scented candle in the office and spread of junk food on the table in her waiting room. Really? Junk food to stuff down the feelings of her clients and to trigger food addiction? Unbelievable! The first time I arrived, I was shocked by both and asked her to please not burn the candle. Patricia is very unprofessional and unethical. She is in this business just for the MONEY, she is so fake with ulterior motives....all she cares about is money. Horrible horrible experience. Can't believe that people like her do counseling and still practice. I have seen her notes from sessions... Can't believe what and how she writes....so UNPROFESSIONAL. I have been seeing Pat for 4 years, she helped me through a terrible break-up and got my life back on track... I can't imagine life without her advice and help. I've been more successful at work and now in a very serious relationship and very happy thanks to Pat's help!
