Pat was fantastic on both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. Both transactions had complications that Pat assisted with resolving very effectively. I stumbled across Pat by accident. She ended up being a wonderful resource and made buying a house very easy. We didnt have a lot of time to locate a new house and close. She was able to show us many houses that met our needs and advised us as to the pros and cons of each from the real estate point of view. I would recommend Pat to anyone that is buying or selling a house.
