I was already skeptical about this doctor after reading the negative 2 star reviews but I had a medical problem that needed immediate attention. Two hours prior I received a phone call that my appointment was cancelled, therefore I hadn’t made other arrangements elsewhere. The days prior I had 3 phone calls asking for my insurance information. This whole fiasco was unacceptable and I cannot believe Dignity Health allows it.

Patricia provided excellent care to my wife with the birth of our 2nd and 3rd children. Excellent bedside manner.

This is not the fault of her front office. This Dr did an in-office procedure on me then wouldn't take my calls or even see me for a follow up. Thank God I went for a second opinion and, as my intuition told me, her plan of treatment for me was wrong! I'm so relieved to have found another Doctor who is taking great care of me now. Whew!!

I will give 0 if I can. Horrible experience with scheduling, initially the clerk said they need the doctor to take a look at new patient application and will call me back in a day to get scheduling done. They never called back. After 3 days, I called again and was put on hold 3 times and after waiting for 30 minutes, they hung up. It’s a waste of time and absolutely not recommended.

With my time, I felt like she wasn't around when I needed the most as I have a special case. They saw a cyst on my right side and told me not to worry.I kept complaining about its painful and moght be the cyst but was told just my ligaments and body stretching or constipated later on become a huge ball of tumour with the shock of everyone how did it get there and could have lost my baby.
