Personal, friendly and professional!
I hurt my back and was leaving the country in a bit over a month. I saw Dr. Lampugnale and advised her of this. She sent me for X-rays, which she advised results would be ready very shortly after and would call with the results. No one called, so a week later I called and they couldnt get Dr. or nurse for me to talk to. Then 2 wks later I called and same thing, so I told them I needed someone to call urgently. Dr. Lampugnale is THE BEST!!! Obviously, We will follow her anywhere, even if it takes 1 1/2 hours to get there! She is always understanding,caring, compassionate and very knowledgeable. Always the best care
