Great doctor. Takes the time to explain everything to me.
I was very impressed with both the professionalism and work flow of the office staff, and Dr Kachur. She took time to listen to me, answer my questions and address my concerns directly without having her face in a computer in the room. She performed a physical exam identifying multi-factorial causes of my pain, ordering tests to identify other possible causes too. I was extremely disappointed with my appointments with Dr. Kachure. She was unprofessional and dismissive. She falsely added something to my records that will have a negative impact going forward. She walked out of my visit without a word and went to her office when I voiced concerns. And completely contradicted herself when discussing my prognosis. I will be filing a formal complaint with the board.
