I have trusted Dr. Merlo for over 25 years.
I can never recommend Dr. Merlo. She was completely neglectful to a family member with a serious mental health condition that resulted in their death. Dr. Merlo continued to prescribe medication that was harmful to this family member despite their condition, and failed to recommend a higher level of care. Dr. Merlo absolutely holds some responsibility for this family member's death. She should not be working as a doctor.
WORST Dr. ever like others have mentioned! She acted like a "know it all" during my appt. and cut me off when I asked a few questions. She was completely RUDE and I don't need this stress especially from a dr when I have a medical condition. She didn't do an exam just prescribed medication and turns out it she was inaccurate with the prescription after all this.
