10/10 do NOT recommand!!! She apprently doesn't know what layers are and completely butchard my hair! I always get "short, choppy layers throughout, keep the length"- have for 7-8 years now (and don't always go to the same dresser either. Never had this problem before). My hair which was down to the middle of my back is mostly gone now. She did nothing to the front/bangs of my hair, so those don't look any different/are still long.
