Dr. Lee has been our family dentist over 30 years. She is a down to earth dentist being pleasant, dedicated, and caring. She likes to communicate, and make sure patients are comfortable while she is working on their tooth. I never feel nervous when seeing her cause I know I am in trusted hands!
Dr. Chin is a very skilled dentist, and I appreciated the quality of care over the years. However, I’ve found that the clinic’s administrative processes could use a significant amount of improvement. There is a high volume of unsolicited communication — emails, calls, voicemails, and texts — surrounding appointments, which some patients might find overwhelming. Be prepared for that. Excellent dental office! Staff are professional, decades of experience, friendly and efficient! Very clean and organized! Appointment bookings were easy, I got reminders very helpful! A wonderful and calm experience for my dental needs! 💯👍
