Poor. My nephrologist from Oschner sent me to the VA for a medication for my kidney. She stopped it, even after the kidney doctor at the VA agreed that this type of medication would protect my kidney, but would cause a small drop in the beginning. She said she has been doing this for 30 years and knows better than the kidney doctors. Even thought this medication has only been out for 5 years.
The day of my appt as Im getting ready , she calls to cancel it. She is horrible and rude. Telling me I need a women's exam when I JUST did one. She don't listen to the patient. I refuse ever going to back VA with her as my PC.
Doctor is not reliable and more concerned with herself then her patients well being. Do not go to her

My appointment was for a prescription refill and immediately Dr. Guidry questioned why I changed Ochsner locations. She even pushed back after I told her simply to be closer to my home in Covington for appointments. Her tone and accusations continued as to the why I came to her for a prescription refill. Her rush to judgement turns out was because my previous urine test was clean, so I must not be taking the drug as prescribed and what am I doing with the pills? I have been on this med
