Years ago I chose Dr. Grade because she was in the Best of Phoenix Dr.s addition. I had no idea she would fail me so miserably that it would cost me my life to breast cancer. Ladies, plain and simple, if you have dense breast tissue your GYN should be educating you about it. Not one word ever came out of her mouth about it. The staff were incredibly unprofessional and even showing up early with completed paperwork yielded a 30 minute + wait time. There were two other people in the waiting room. Not busy at all. The receptionist was out off when I asked how much longer (at the 39 min post appt time mark). My time is valuable and I refuse to give anyone my business who can’t exercise basic customer service skills and poor scheduling. So I left.
