We ran into some mechanical issues north of Manning on our way home from camping. We stopped at the Ford to have it checked out, and they had us back on the road in under an hour. Fantastic people and excellent service!
Had my vehicle towed to Patricia Ford after hours. They did diagnostic the next day and concluded it was a loose battery cable They tightened the cable, took it for a test drive and sent us on our way with their complements! Outstanding service, Thank you!!
