Dr Fick is caring and responsive to my concerns. Everyone in the office, the nursing staff, especially Sabrina, and the lab folks have all been kind and competent!
I went in for an upper respiratory infection because the nurse I spoke to on the phone told me to come in. The MA took my vitals and a swab for a flu and COVID test. When Patricia came in she seemed very rushed, she didn’t even give me 5 minutes of her time. She didn’t check my nose or my throat, she barely listened to my lungs. Then she stood on the opposite side of the room from me while I asked her some questions.
