SCAM!!! I went to Bushman Law Offices in November after coming home in September from 4 years in Afghanistan and needing a lawyer to enforce my divorce court order for child visitation. My ex-wife wouldn't allow me to have my child on my court ordered weekends for three weekends in a row. At first they were trying to get me to pay a large sum of money to get full custody. Attorney Bushman represented me in a horrible child modification case. She did an outstanding job. I am so glad that I hired her. If I ever need an attorney again, I will call her. You should definitely hire this attorney if you have a child custody case in the Houston area.
Ms. Bushman was appointed to over see our court case in which my ex wife was taking custody of our daughter and I was taking custody of our son. She from the very start misrepresented the case from the very start. I have to believe she is bios towards the mother with the way she handled everything. Long story short I had to go do all the digging to prove she was being dishonest and we in the end won our battle. Do not waste your time or money fees sneak up on you even if case is simple 300 required per month 1000 upfront even if no work is being done on the case end result will be worth it in"good faith" .. Nope what you get after a whole year of no work being done crunch time at the holdays = to 3 months of actually going to court only 3 times = 8000 bc of parking time+ filigng each page and making a copy+.
