We been going to Patricia for 10 years and she is great with all three of my kids and I will not take them anywhere else. We absolutely love and appreciate her and her staff
my boy seeing by mrs egleman since he was 1 yo , he is 6 now , we always get solution from her , she is awesome , friendly , more than professional. she is always listening and trying to answer even if you trying to ask stupid question.
My boys lost their primary, but have been seen by Patty on emergency visits. My boys said they liked her a tad bit more. She is now their primary. The wait was long, but the staff was apologetic and expressed that with the new insurance transitions, they are experiencing longer than normal wait times. Crystal is amazing, Terrina is always amazing and Patty made sure to spend time getting to know my boys personally. She addressed all our needs and concerns. We are pleased to have her as our new primary! Thank you guys!
Very poor, uncaring Patricia NP. I voiced concern on the 40 minute wait time after check in, for her to examine my ill child, she ignored to hear my concerns. She then refused to see my child. She didn't even apologize, or care, she then told me to see my primary due to her lack of ability to deal with situation properly. There was no patient care or concern. My children and I left without being seen. Very unprofessional! Overbook patients, then they do not want to hear complaints.
