I hve known Dr Duggan going on 8 years. I was sent to her by another Physician who was rated the Top ankle Surgeon in Cleveland and would not do my total reconstruction 8 hr surgery Without Dr Duggan's clearance. I am so blessed to hve Such a Kind, Caring, Dr as Dr Duggan is. Her follow up is a 100+ with a simple phone call to see how I was doing after each and every procedure I hve gone thru. I started seeing Dr. Duggan about 4 years ago now. She treated me with compassion and took the time to listen. She took great care in how the procedures were done. Can't say enough about her and her staff. Wonderful, caring and always making sure everything is just right.
