Patricia and Thomas are amazing!!! They were great with my cats, and I was able to stand right next to them and observe the entire process. they are very friendly, and it is apparent that they care for and respect every client. They run their business with full transparency which i highly appreciate. The prices are fair as well. I will definitely be back!! PDPG ranks far higher than any chain/pet store in the area!

Patricia Dee Pet Grooming exceeded every expectation. My 15-year-old cat, Flufftron, developed severe mats on his underside due to age-related grooming issues, leaving him uncomfortable and increasingly smelly. My wife and I tried removing the mats ourselves, but were overwhelmed. Booking was easy. I filled out their online form, and Tom called back immediately. I like places that are honest and care more about the pet’s well-being than grabbing a paycheck. Patricia’s process includes meeting the dog first so you know if they are a candidate to be groomed or not. We unfortunately couldn’t get groomed but it was no fault of her own and at no charge to us. We got to see her facility, which is expansive, clean, and professional. I wish I had trained our dog better so that we could use her services. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring your animal here.

Patricia accepted an appointment for my extremely old rescue cat without hesitation. The cat, Checkers, an 18yo tuxedo medium hair lady, had been left to her own devices for several years as my parents' health declined. She had inch-thick, felt-like mats as big as kitchen sponges on her hips, and acorn sized nuggets of matted fur from her shoulders down.
