Patricia was knowledgeable and responsive. She answered every question and addressed every concern. She knows the Winter Haven market well and works especially well with senior citizens. My mother’s house sold quickly because Patricia encouraged her to price it right — not high or low but just right.
Patricia is a wonderful realtor. So well informed about the community and other homes for sale in the community.
