She did not put in an order that needed to be put in. EEG was messed up twice. Issues with communication
Truly an incredible physician that I am so happy to have found. After an unexpected epilepsy diagnosis, Dr. Dugan so thoroughly, calmly, and clearly unpacked my situation and the course of action she recommended. All of my anxieties about my situation truly went away after meeting with her. Highly recommend her and NYU Langone for such great quality care!
Dr. Dugan is knowledgeable, kind, and very thorough with her patients. She explains things well and is always responsive to questions. Among the best doctors I’ve gone to. I felt better just from my first appointment.

What a horrendous experience. A joke of a downgrade from Dr Jacqueline French. She thinks it's about her. She doesn't actually have any understanding. She actively chooses to not understand. I've literally never dealt with this awful of a doctor.
