Eye Dr. is good. The customer service not so much.
Went in for an emergency and was immediately taken care of. Very professional and personable. Five stars.
Dr. Gates and her staff take time to explain things and will go the extra mile to make sure your glasses are right for you.
My husband got a piece of metal in his eye and Dr Patty Gates was so kind to come in on a Saturday to help! She was very knowledgeable, professional, personable and we are very grateful. We highly recommend her!!
