Very detailed and excellent communicator.
Dr. Shrestha is very kind, caring, and sweet. Easy to talk to and listens to my concerns without judgement. I've never had a bad experience with her. The Atrium Health Primary Care she is at in Mint Hill is also great. I've never had issues getting an appointment and the online portal is a great and fast way to ask a medical question without having to book an appointment. Virtual appointments also possible.
Dr Shresha takes her time with you. I never feel rushed and she listens and responds to all concerns. She makes me feel special as if I were her only patient.
