I have had 2 bad experiences with Dr. Patricia Aucello, all around scheduling. The most recent was when I booked the first appointment of the morning - 9:00am. A few minutes after arriving for the appointment, I was told: "Dr. Aucello just texted that she is running late this morning due to traffic and she won't be in until at least 9:30." No apology, no offer to reschedule the appointment at my convenience, other than to say "You're the first appointment, so Dr. Aucello will see you when she gets in." Very convenient location, friendly/ professional staff and very clean office. I came here for the first time and was seen right away, didn't even have to sit and wait at all. Large variety of different style glasses to choose from. Highly recommend.
