Very sweet staff. A bit unorganized, but very accommodating. Wonderful clean eating, but a bit pricey.
Incredibly gifted trainer, highly motivating, amazing person. Such great knowledge not only related to fitness but also nutrition, stress, you name it. I look forward to taking one of her classes very soon! Should be just my style!
Best trainers I've ever had. Wonderful environment to transform your health and body. I go with my wife and daughter. We all love it and have jumped into a healthy new lifestyle. You wouldn't believe how nice her trainers are but they will PUSH YOU to get the results you have always wanted. My wife has dropped 17lbs in three months. Her butt is smaller and lifted, her belly from having two little girls has shrunk so much. Honestly try it out it has changed my whole families life.
