Dr. told me not to take my daily diabetic medication until she saw my A1c (I've had diabetes since 2003). Also, as I'm 75 years old, I had chickenpox, the shingles vaccines (2 of them) did not work, and she told me I could not take acyclovir because "nobody takes that." Never mind that many people end up in hospital with a bad case of shingles. RUN!
Dr. Alexander is such a wonderful PCP. She takes her time and is very detailed. You can tell she really cares about her patients. I am so happy to have found her!
I have to leave a star to leave a review. The front desk is worthy of the star. If you are going to see the front office staff you will be very well treated. If however, you are going to see Dr.Alexander don’t go. She behaved in a horrible and nasty way. I wanted to get a copy of the dictation she was recording so I can post it publicly. If you are looking for not only a doctor but also the staff(Most especially Beth) to look out for your best interests in health then look no further. They have gone above and beyond many times and should be recognized for their hard work, dedication, but most importantly, their morals and values. They care, and I personally feel Beth deserves the creme de la creme as she certainly puts in the work. Thanks!!!
