First visit after my last doctor retired. 10 am appointment and now 11:00 and no sign of the doctor. I don't appreciate wasting my time as it is as valuable to me as I'm sure her time is to her. Looks like I'll be looking for another PCP! This is my number one pet peeve!
Sad to say but Dr Alexander won't return calls, won't answer emails from the patient portal and won't help when asked.....had to switch doctors
I appreciate her, she's getting me referred to places so that I can finally figure out what is wrong internally.
At age 73 I'm free of knee & shoulder pain thanks to Dr. Alexander! She listens, cares & takes appropriate action which builds confident trust. Her referral orders put me in contact with the BEST surgeons & specialists one could possibly hope to find in Florida. The overall results I've experienced as a new patient have been phenomenal! Dr. Alexander's entire staff are friendly, efficient, competent & very intentional in their personal interactions with each patient. Excellent 5-star operation!
