Patsy has been doing our taxes for years. She is wonderful to work with and have recommended her to friends and family.
First I call and she answers the phone but without saying anything then hangs up. I give the benefit of doubt that there's a bad connection and call back. She answers "hello" and nothing else. I ask if she is Patricia and she doesn't acknowledge just says "who's this?" Top level unprofessionalism at this "business"
