Won't return calls when people reach out for new patient info. Current patient likes to yell and be very unprofessional, with holds filling meds for a mental patient and won't return patients calls.

Patty is absolutely amazing and she really cares about her patients. There is an issue with being able to contact her team to schedule an appointment due to a coding issue on the Ascension website. She is not able to be found on the main site. Please fix this error so that my referrals are able to schedule with her. Thank you in advance! K.L.
