I never take the time to do an online review but Cirrus needs to look at these and so does UHC. This Dr doesn’t even seem to read the responses to the questions that she asks you. She’s incredibly rude and comes off as condescending. You’d think I was asking for a narcotic or super expensive med. I was asking for prescription for OTC allergy meds (not decongestant)… With decades long history of allergies & allergic asthma. Spoke to her through CirrusMD and she’s super dismissive and pretty rude. Ended up asking for a switch to a different doctor
I have spoke with Dr Dietzgen several times through Kaiser’s online chat. I have never been satisfied with the care I’ve received after speaking with her, and normally I love The online chat feature. Maybe she just has too many patients she is talking to at once but she does not seem to care or listen to your concerns. I am also relatively certain she never reads the medical charts before speaking.
This review was solicited by Kaiser and has already been submitted, but with no warning that it would be posted publicly. This is typical of Kaiser/CO's careless approach to personal/private information and communication. And may I be spared the usual Kaiser boilerplate "Please give us your name, phone no., (etc.) so we can discuss this matter with you...". They never call back.
