She’s patient, thorough, and truly listened to my concerns, carefully considering my feedback to find the right solution. She even helped with my rebate! A recent exam at Pleasant View was just that-pleasant! After not having had an eye exam in a long time, due to mostly a fear of the experience, I found Dr. Clark exceptionally professional and kind. Her demeanor yielded a sense of trust and comfort during the process. The entire experience left me feeling confident, respected, and motivated to tell others about it!
A short wait and easy to get an appointment. Dr. Clark was very patient and explained everything very well. She explained to me about the effect of screens and more. I was treated well and will definitely come back.
Dr. Patricia Clark is a professional. Her staff is outstanding. Very thorough eye exam, and the office is easy to find, across from the Big Y and next to the post office in Longmeadow.
