Dr. Patrice Cates- Lonberger and her staff were amazing frontline workers. The appointment from start to finish was thoroughly done. Dr. Cates-Lonberger thoroughly examined, reviewed my medical history and tests results before giving me her best, next steps professional medical advice. The appointment was not rushed and I appreciate the care and attention that was provided. It takes a while to get in to see her as a new patient but it is well worthy the wait. Although I had to wait six months for my initial appointment with Dr. Patrice Cates-Lonberger on June 11, she came highly recommended by a friend, and the wait was absolutely worth it. Very attentive and friendly Dr. and staff.
I consistently have a pleasant experience with the staff and doctor. I never wait more than a few minutes before being called back. If there is a delay to see the doctor, she acknowledges it and thanks me for my patience.
