I had a very disappointing experience and feel it’s important to share. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for Tuesday afternoon to have my horse examined for an injury. On Tuesday morning, I was informed that the vet had an emergency and the appointment was rescheduled to Thursday between 3:00–3:30 PM, which I understood. However, on Thursday I waited from 3:00 PM, and no one showed up or contacted me. I called around 4:00 PM and was told the vet would arrive around 4:30. Posted for the Smith family, For the second time in two years, Natasha saved my horses life. Two years ago after 36 hours of colic she did an extensive surgery on my daughters first horse Flynn.
