Switched vet. Rude receptionist
I had a very disappointing experience and feel it’s important to share. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for Tuesday afternoon to have my horse examined for an injury. On Tuesday morning, I was informed that the vet had an emergency and the appointment was rescheduled to Thursday between 3:00–3:30 PM, which I understood. However, on Thursday I waited from 3:00 PM, and no one showed up or contacted me. I called around 4:00 PM and was told the vet would arrive around 4:30.
