My father went to Patodia Eye Institute a few times. We had some concerns before and saw the past reviews . My father done Cataract Surgery there especially last visit in Dec 2025. It was Lazer cleaning up the Proteins in his eyes. Then next day my father felt his eyes very clearly. His vision has been improved ever than before !! He is very happy Yes the place was crowded in some visits and required some waited time. As read in previous reviews, this institute is ALL about $$$. The doctor is very cold, unfriendly and tries to sway you towards his self-pay laser surgeries. If you want to experience a “factory” assembly line then go here!
We had a wonderful experience at Dr Patodia’s office this morning. The ladies that helped us were friendly and very knowledgeable. Even though this was not an appointment to actually see Dr Patodia, ( that’s coming up) , the tests needed we done in a timely fashion. Our appointment was for 9 and we were out by 9:45. Another thing that impressed us were the over 100 potted tropical plants in their waiting room and a room beside. They were all thriving. Thank you for being in Sarnia.
Extremely impressed with the overall service I received today.
If I could give a negative star I would, My step dad went in for cataract surgery. He wasn't given enough freezing and was screaming in pain. The doctor told him to sit still and shut up!! Dad was like I can't it hurts alot, to which the surgery never stopped!!! beware do your research, don't go here. Also Appointments get changed with no notification so you can be charged late fee's. They try to sell you upgrades as well . this place is all about the money.
