We had a wonderful experience at Dr Patodia’s office this morning. The ladies that helped us were friendly and very knowledgeable. Even though this was not an appointment to actually see Dr Patodia, ( that’s coming up) , the tests needed we done in a timely fashion. Our appointment was for 9 and we were out by 9:45. Another thing that impressed us were the over 100 potted tropical plants in their waiting room and a room beside. They were all thriving. Thank you for being in Sarnia.
Extremely impressed with the overall service I received today.
If I could give a negative star I would, My step dad went in for cataract surgery. He wasn't given enough freezing and was screaming in pain. The doctor told him to sit still and shut up!! Dad was like I can't it hurts alot, to which the surgery never stopped!!! beware do your research, don't go here. Also Appointments get changed with no notification so you can be charged late fee's. They try to sell you upgrades as well . this place is all about the money.
He diid not concert himself with my mothers well being and just did her eye like it’s a factory and now she’s in the hospital getting eye surgery. And he admitted he screwed up. So now my mom might be blind in one eye. Thanks.
They didn’t build that beautiful building with OHIP, if you don’t open your wallet here you won’t get any service. For the most part they were very polite and courteous.
