The Dr and his staff are very professional and friendly. Sarnia is so lucky to have them. Highly recommend.
It seems like people over the age of 65, who get notified by their original optometrist that they shouldn’t drive, go see him and get passed until they get into a car accident. I feel every bad driver who is elderly, has him for an optometrist. My grandfather should’ve been told he couldn’t drive 15 years ago, but still got passed, and now revoked his own license at 91 years old. This needs to be looked into as sarnia’s full of terrible elderly drivers.
My father had a surgery date set and we arrived to the scheduled appointment only to find out they never setup the date with the hospital, we got back to the office only to be told we were supposed to goto their office even though they gave my father the paper work telling him to be at the Petrolia hospital for surgery. Wasted my time, my fathers time and tried to accuse us of getting it wrong until we showed them the paper with the dates on it
