I went into this establishment for tax purposes when tragedy struck. An armed gunmen rushed in and attempted us to hold us hostage. Thankfully, the brave, stunning receptionist dove over the desk and wrestled the gun away from the attacker. 10/10 service, would recommend to a friend.
I was once a humble spinach farmer, simple and plain. That was, until tragedy struck. The IRS took my land, my spinach, my everything. Now I trust Patmore Tax to do my taxes, and I haven’t been more satisfied.
I wish I could say more positive things actually. We were asked highly sensitive questions (that we did not answer) at the receptionist desk within ear shot of other waiting customers (think date of birth, social security #). Then in spite of making an appt. after our taxes were done, we were asked to wait for a phone call to (pick them up) as if we were walk-ins or drop offs, which surprised us.
