Patrick Waldock, who owns or helps run Patken Properties, PJ Properties, and New Era Flooring and Travertine, alongside Avant Garde Remodeling, will take your money then leave your project unfinished. This company is ran by a crook named Patrick Waldock. Please dont use this company. He has not completed the work on my house and he started in September. He is full of excuses and is never at the work site. He should be jailed for taking peoples money but Im sure he will get whats coming to him.

This company is one of the most rip off companies in Killeen, Fort Hood, Coppers Cove, and in Temple, TX Patken Properties run by a man called Patrick Walduck has address all over but none of them are there. All his worker comes from craigslist. and 99.9 percent of them don't know what they are doing Patrick does not come around nor does he over see's the work done to see if it is done right. Thanks guys for everything! The carpenter was very helpful with my deck design, and recommendations of product to weatherproof. Fence turned out great as well. Was impressed with how once job begun there was always guys onsite making progress. Definately use in future for any updates I decide to make.

Highly recommend the cleanliness, and professionalism of drywall crew. I was worried with the drywall repairs my home would be a wreck! The crew ensured cleaning property everyday, and laying new plastic daily which I thought was great. They matched the texture about perfect which I thought would be an issue. Good line of communitcation throughout, and would recommend on there drywall, and painting services. Wonderful experience with Patrick, and his company! Are first project was interior painting, and was pleased with the guys working as they were very neat also respectful of my property. On final day of painting Patrick stopped, and said he could assist in flooring we needed. He had several samples of hardwoods, and laminate that were much cheaper than the ones Id been viewing. The very next day he had my materials ordered, and drove all the way toward Houston to gather my material. I assumed it would be several days although... read more

They did a wonderful job on my home! The roofers completed the whole entire project in one day, and had the site spotless by dark. The painters didnt mind putting samples on which helped pick the color for my trim to match shingles. The prices were really good, and definately would recommend choosing this company. We are new to the area, and found them through google. They honored a 10% off coupon from a internet promotion.
