My fiancée (now wife) chose to have Patisserie 42 make and deliver our wedding cake. Unfortunately it never showed up. We paid in full for the cake and delivery and after our ceremony, there was no cake. Our coordinator called them numerous times. Our aunt has called them numerous times. My now wife has tried to call them and they have not returned the call or acknowledged us whatsoever. So, very quickly this is turning into theft and fraud. Extremely disappointed and highly upset with the service at this place. I ordered my wedding cake from here to feed 200 people and paid a lot extra to have the cake delivered and it never showed up. I even got a confirmation on my order and still no show! My wedding day coordinator called 6 different times, I’ve called several times and a few other people called and left voicemails and I still have not heard back from them.
