The products are epic but the staff could smile a bit more, it's almost like you are annoying them if you ask about the items. I highly recommend the tarts, pies, cheese cakes, stretchy bread and especially the round breads with flavors.
Disappointing experience 08/17/2026. We visited for the first time expecting good pastries and coffee, but the service was terrible. The young woman working behind the counter gave off an immediate "hated her job / anywhere but here" attitude, barely acknowledging us with an occasional Slavic Stare and/or, Gen Z stare. When my wife asked if they sold coffee, the employee flatly told us, "No, we don't have coffee." Cute bakery. Lots of desserts. Wasn't wowed though...have had better items at Wegmans. The lady at the register today was not friendly, acted like she was annoyed we were there, seemed like she hated her job.
The Chocolate Eclairs, my favorite, have a creamy smooth custard filling that balances the flavor of the chocolate icing with the perfect amount of sweetness. Jillian the front cashier answers all your questions with a friendly smile. I can not wait to try more desserts. I wanted to share what a great team is baking / working at The Patisserie.
