Long Story Short- the Snow came to NOLA and Wreaked Havoc on my Patio- The Weight of the snow caused it to collapse. We contacted Patio’s Direct to install a new patio and fix our Facia and sofit …. Matt was extremely understanding and patient and I didn’t scare them off with my anxiety of the whole process! We absolutely LOVE our Patio, Gutters & Soffit. The house looks amazing with this completed job. Chad & his crew did a Phenomenal job and even worked through freezing temperatures to get the job done. Some businesses will tell you call us with any issues & it takes them a while to get to your issue; however, one call & Chad came the very next day. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for your home improvement job. Very professional & courteous staff.
Patio Direct did a fantastic job on my new patio. Chad and Matt cared about doing the job right and were extremely easy to work with - accommadating my many design changes. They went above and beyond the scope of the job. I appreciate their construction talent, but am most grateful for their outstanding character.
