I am totally satisfied with the patio canopy installed by Patios Direct. The workmanship was perfect and the quality of service was better than expected. I would recommend to anyone.
I cannot say enough good things about Patios Direct Outdoor Living LLC. They are so reliable. If they say they’ll be at the house at a certain time, they are. They worked quickly but efficiently. We had a great experience working with Patios Direct. They were accommodating for requested changes during the quoting process. Communication has been great throughout the process. The end result is excellent and at a fair price. We had a very tricky roofline situation that they were able to accomodate as well.
We had a great experience with Matt. He were professional, communicated well, and finished our patio quickly without sacrificing quality. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!
