I cannot say enough good things about Patios Direct Outdoor Living LLC. They are so reliable. If they say they’ll be at the house at a certain time, they are. They worked quickly but efficiently. I was always able to reach the owner Chad by text and he answered pretty much right away even when he was trying to take a vacation! My neighbors, friends and family have all complimented me on the patio covers. We had a great experience working with Patios Direct. They were accommodating for requested changes during the quoting process. Communication has been great throughout the process. The end result is excellent and at a fair price. We had a very tricky roofline situation that they were able to accomodate as well.
