Patios and More did an extensive renovation of our complete yard. They created a multi-level chilton stone patio, front steps and sidewalk, large fire ring (also of chilton stone) a pad for a spa hot tub, and a large 3 tier waterfall feature. The work was excellent. The crew came every day and worked long hours. The owners were always attentive and available to answer questions and solve problems - which were few. Patios and More LLC did an excellent job replacing my retaining wall and steps. They were great to work with and the results exceeded my expectations.
I signed a contract with Ken ******, the Owner of Patios and More LLC in September of 2017 to construct a new 16'x20' addition to our existing home. I paid him $86,396.00 between September 2017 and December 2017. He put himself in the position of being a contractor for this project and had no idea what he was doing. The project has issues: East Wall our of plumb by 3 inches. Overhang and soffit not constructed properly Fascia and soffit does not match the existing house. Soffit and fascia are not the same width on each side ... read more
Patios and More LLC has been a pain to work with. 7 Months into a 3 month project I began receiving calls from subcontractors telling me their bills have not been paid and their only recourse is to file a lien on my property. Nearly 1 month later Patios and More LLC has given many excuses, promised to pay and claimed checks were mailed when they were not. I have given them every opportunity to make this right but they have failed to do so.
