The custom slings I ordered were well made and an excellent product. I struggled with the install and sent an email to customer service requesting assistance. Pedro called me multiple times and followed up by text. He gave me step by step instructions, identified what I was doing wrong and made sure I was able to get them installed. Don’t even hesitate to make a purchase here. I have purchased replalcement slings two time for a total of 4 slings. The advice received and the quality of the product is superb ! Very happy with the results. You must take the time to review the tutorials on sling replacement, because it is not for everyone. The high pressure clamp tool purchase is a necessity if you have a spreader bar. But again, I am a big fan of patio supply.
So pleased with this company. Used them to supply replacement web seats and backs for Woodard lounge chairs. They offered free samples of material from a large selection (which came immediately) and made perfect fit replacements. What was especially appreciated was the quick tech support I got when I needed help fitting the backs. I never Would have figured out the quick solution without their help. The result was perfectly fitted new webs. These old , expensive chairs look brand new. Thank you.
