We needed to sling 8 outdoor chairs. We brought a sample of seat and back. Pedro and his excellent crew redid the slings with new material in record time, as we were going back to the Bahamas. Instructions given were perfect, the material and workmanship was top notch, and we did the re-slinging ourselves!
2nd time in 25 years I've had to replace the slings on my Winston chairs Both times used patio chair supplies. These chairs look new again! It was a great set to begin with and has lasted for over 25 years. Thank you ! So.much for the expert help!
I bought new cloth and vinyl straps for our outdoor furniture, four patio dining chairs and two lounge chairs. The company was great to work with. They send sample fabrics to look at in your space. Their website is very helpful and easy to navigate. There is a lot of information that explains the process for someone to do the work themselves. We were able to keep our patio furniture out of the landfill thanks to PatioChairSupplies.com! They cut the fabric perfectly and had all the parts we needed.
The custom slings I ordered were well made and an excellent product. I struggled with the install and sent an email to customer service requesting assistance. Pedro called me multiple times and followed up by text. He gave me step by step instructions, identified what I was doing wrong and made sure I was able to get them installed. Could not have asked for better service. Would highly Recommend working with these folks.
