We hired Bill and his team to replace our old cracked cement patio with pavers. We needed someone with ideas for our space, and Bill proposed excellent ideas to create a beautiful backyard patio. I contacted 4 local contractors for design and installation of a patio with associated landscaping. Bill replied to me the next day and was the only contractor that replied. He visited a couple days later and produced a design along with a price. We went with his offer and had to fine tune the design a bit as we live in a townhome community with strict guidelines for such a project.
