I made a large purchase here($8,000) and before the product was delivered, I contacted the salesperson to cancel the order due to a job loss and loss of income. The salesperson refused to cancel the order and had absolutely no compassion whatsoever for my situation. I accept responsibility for making the purchase and could possibly understand a restocking fee or something that would have helped me keep my house. We have a bit over 20 pieces of furniture from Patio World in Temecula, all various tables and chairs and cushions. We had 2 occurrences (one was our fault) and the other was wear and tear after the warranty expired. In both cases the issues were taken care of with what I feel was great customer support. I thought being able to talk on the phone with a real person (not an automated menu bot) was gone forever! I even got phone calls keeping me up to date on my repairs.
