I chose Patio Warehouse. They hung in for 8 months waiting for my HOA to finally approve my plans for a replacement patio cover. All the employees were SO helpful. My project took 3 days to complete. It's so clean and modern. Marlon and Sal were my contractors. Two friendly and efficient young men that were very hard workers and respected my concerns. The whole experience was fast and easy. This review has been pending for quite some time. I started working with Patio Warehouse about 7 yrs ago. I’m order to get a patio cover, I needed to replace the concrete patio. So we spent the money to install stamped concrete. Fast forward several years, we decided to finally get the patio cover installed. We worked with salesman, Bennie Williams. I contracted them to do 2 patio covers for 2 different properties. The final product of both turned out very nice. The process was a nightmare filled with delays and frustrations. If they had QC that would review the materials before they got to the job site, it would have alleviated a lot of the issues. What should have been 1-2 week projects, turned into 2 month projects.
