Do not use this company. We ordered a Pergola with a sun shade in March "21. It took them 1yr to install it and installed the sunshade wrong causing it to be damaged. I was told they would order a new sunshade and proper rails on 6/28/22. Never happened and when I call Terry she just says I'll call you back and never does. They promise everything but never deliver. Beware if you do business with them. Good Luck!! Bob McIntyre
Patio Systems is a first-rate company. They completed our sunroom and we couldn't be happier. Everyone was a real professional from beginning to end. We especially appreciated Eric and Chad our installers. They worked closely with us to make sure we were happy throughout. Because of Covid and production issues, it did take a lot longer to complete. So pack your patience but we were happy with the beautiful room they built for us.
