I have patio furniture that needed some small but necessary hardware. I talked to at least half a dozen retail patio furniture dealers. None of them had the parts I needed but offered contacts that they used for repair parts. I had no success after I spent several hours on the internet and the phone with all of the contacts they supplied. It appeared that some couldn’t understand what I needed.
