I can't say enough about the customer service and professionalism of this company! Tish has been by our side every step of the way providing great advice and support for all of our needs. Its been over a month and she's still right there making sure we're happy with our hot tub. Nick came out to work on the hot tub and couldn't have been more warm, skilled, and professional. Service technician, Nick, provided outstanding startup service for our hot tub, he brought our tub online expeditiously and provided the chemicals and instructions required for 6 months of operations. 5 stars.
We purchased a Bullfrog M series Spa from this location. Tisha was amazing with helping us understand the quality and functionality of the tubs. She was kind, communicative and attentive!! She was able to expedited our tub from 5 weeks to only three weeks from time of purchase to delivery! The delivery process was great Ki , Chris and Connor were all very pleasant with the delivery and install of the spa. The whole time was exceptional. So excited for our new spa. Highly recommend purchasing from them!
They moved a hot tub for us into our back yard. The gate was tight they had to navigate some obstacles. They did it in about 15 minutes. Super cool. Very protectional. Thank you. Great work. Highly recommend!
Recently purchased a Bullfrog X6L from the team at Patio Splash. The process was really smooth and Tisha has been great. Delivery and installation was smooth and quick. Setup was really straight forward. Price was solid for the tub. I'd definitely recommend these peeps if you want a domestically made hot tub with great support and a friendly team.
